As our Pentagon Leaders have been telling us in recent years, the vast majority of our young adults coming out of high school are not ready or capable of entering the military service. So we believe our concept in training has to change and take a more realistic approach in preparing our youths of today to serve. To help you and your Advisor Team, we have published a "Unit Start-Up Consideration" paper to understand the necessities and concepts of establishing a Military Post today. The rewards are extremely fulfilling in seeing these young men and women years later as they participate in their careers in the defense of our country or in their own civilian careers.
