Establishing a Navy Explorers Unit ('Post')

Thank you for your potential interest in establishing a Military Explorer Post in your area. There are many of us Military Veterans around the country that are motivated to help "Train, Motivate, & Inspire' our Young Adults (ages 13-17), and then as an Adult Advisor (ages 18-21) within a leadership role. Our programs excelerates advancement in a potential Military job in the defense of our country for those who join the U.S. Military.. As our Pentagon Leaders have been telling us in recent years, the vast majority of our young adults coming out of high school are not ready or capable of entering the military service. So we believe our concept in training has to change and take a more realistic approach in preparing our youths of today to serve. To help you and your Advisor Team, we have published a "Unit Start-Up Consideration" paper to understand the necessities and concepts of establishing a Military Post today. The rewards are extremely fulfilling in seeing these young men and women years later as they participate in their careers in the defense of our country or in their own civilian careers. Military Exploring is Branch specific in training: Air Force Explorers, Army Explorers, Navy Explorers, Marine Explorers, and Space Force Explorers. Are you up for the challenge?
