The 396th Aircrew Training Squadron as well as any Military Explorers organization cannot exist without the support of volunteers, donations, and organizations to assist in fulfilling our Mission of mentoring, motivating, and training young adults into a possible career in the U.S. Air Force or other Military branches, make them a proud American citizen, assist them to lead in a direction of a good civilian career, and a responsible and successful life ahead of them. We are forever grateful for the support we have received from the following organizations along our path of providing the best possible Military career education programs. Below is their information.

The 396th Aircrew Training Squadron is an Air Force Explorers Unit (Post), is part of Military Exploring (Law & Government) and operate under the auspices of the Exploring Division of Learning for Life, Corporation. (an Affiliate organization of Scouting America, formerly BSA). Military Explorers operate Career Education Programs for Young Adults ages 14-17, Senior Cadets receive Leadership Training from ages 18-20, and Adult Advisors may serve from ages 21 & older. The Military Explorers Program is a year-round After-School Military career-oriented program.
