2023 MX COMMANDER'S CONFERENCE

U.S. Military Explorers have annnouced its 2023 Fall Conference for all U.S. (LFL-Expl) Military Explorer Units Commander's Conference. It will be held in Phoenix, Arizona at the Goldwater Air National Guard Base. This year's host is the AIR FORCE EXPLORER'S 396th Aircrew Training Squadron. The Conference itself is all day Friday & Saturday, September 22-23, 2023. All U.S. Military Explorer Posts Commanders and Deputy Commanders are invited, as well as those who are just getting their Unit off the ground in our post-covid era.
2023 Commander's Conference - 22-23 September 2023
Invitees: All LFL-EXP U.S. Military Post (Unit) Commander's or Exec Officers/Senior Leader. Dates: 22 & 23 September 2023 (Friday & Saturday) / Travel Days = 21 Sep (Thurs) AND 24 Sep (Sun). Daily Agenda starts: 0830 - 1600 Hrs both days (Agenda to be sent to Registered Attendees). Conference Hours: 0800-1600 hours (both Days), with a Commander's Dinner Social (Saturday evening @6:30pm). Location: Goldwater Air National Guard Base (ANG), Phoenix Sky Harbor IAP, Arizona. Conference Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott, Southside of Phoenix Airport (Hotel has Airport shuttle service , and Free Continental Breakfast). Conference Transportation (on-base): Air Force Explorer personnel will pick-up and drop off from Hotel.

The Vision for our U.S. Military Explorers Career Training Program is based upon years of military experience, training, and confidence facing their abilities as a youth progresses on to a young adult looking at a Military Career. Helping them build up their experience weaving confidence with character, Military Exploring officers and enlisted personnel are the cutting edge of American Youth today. They are our nations' warriors of tomorrow. There are six pillars of our U.S. Miltary Explorer Vision.
